Khan Academy for Ukraine
The “Khan Academy for Ukraine” project aims to empower Ukrainian students by localizing Khan Academy’s educational content into Ukrainian, making it accessible to millions of children affected by the ongoing war. With 2 in 5 Ukrainian children unable to attend school, this initiative provides a vital opportunity for students to continue their education despite the conflict. The project has already translated key subjects such as arithmetic, algebra basics, and precalculus, with plans to expand into Algebra II, geometry, chemistry, and economics. Inspired by stories like Nazar Drugov, a Ukrainian student who used Khan Academy during bombings and later got accepted into Tufts University, this effort seeks to help more students overcome the language barrier and excel in their studies. Donations raised will support this mission, ensuring that every child in Ukraine has access to a world-class STEM education
